This is a story about Thomas the little blue Tank Engine who one days finds himself going slower and slower. What can be wrong? But he is delighted when The Fat Controller tells him that he needs new wheels. He can't wait to puff around Sodor showing them off. But Thomas is soon to find out that new wheels will take some getting used to and he'll need help from all his friends to get back to full speed again.
